I am a highly experienced consultant who helps organisations to recognise their strengths and think differently about the impacts they do and could have on audiences, communities, stakeholders, and themselves.
I make evaluation a learning experience: what actions made that difference? Who did it matter to, and why? What could be different next time ? My work is insight-led, collaborative, bringing in different voices, lived experience. I tell your story.
My responsive listening and strategic thinking supports clients through major projects, organisational development and change, ambition, and ideas with a realistic assessment of delivery, resources and future needs. Throughout this, I prioritise the client’s vision first and foremost, to provide the best possible support for each organisation’s unique needs.
