SAM commissioned to evaluate Southern Water customer engagement process

sam have been commissioned by Southern Water to independently evaluate the customer engagement process of their pilot project water metering programme in Rochester, Kent.

Our independent assessment of the customers€™ experience will be critical in informing and developing the shape of future community engagement. It will also stand as an example of best practice in community engagement and in evaluating the impact of water metering on customer behaviour which Southern Water can disseminate to other UK companies.

SAM commissioned to evaluate TAKEPART Festival

sam were recently commissioned by Brighton & Hove School Sport Partnership to undertake the evaluation of their TAKEPART Festival of Sport.

This was the third year the city has hosted the sports festival, which is arguably €˜the biggest celebration of sport and physical activity in the country€™.  It aims to increase participation in sport for everyone and gave people the opportunity to try out a new sport or activity for free, in a fun and non-competitive arena.
